Fletcher

The facts

The plain facts about Fletcher (FLTC), how to be careful, and a card you can keep. This used to be on the homepage.

What isn't confirmed yet

  • The token contract's source code is not public yet. JustHoot says it will open it after a third-party audit.
  • No audit has been published yet.
  • "Locked" liquidity is JustHoot's description (5 October 2026). I can't independently prove it until the source is public.
  • The JustHoot DAO, justhoot.sputnik-dao.near, can still upgrade the contract by an on-chain proposal.

I will update this box when any of this changes. How to verify what you can today.

The facts table

Everything below can be checked independently on the NEAR blockchain. Please do so before relying on any of it.

Always compare this address character by character with what your wallet or app shows.

Transfer fee0.1%, taken by the token contract and set at launch. You see it on every Rhea trade. The current code notes say the 0.1% fee applies on each transfer, so a wallet-to-wallet send may pay it too. I'm still confirming this. See How FLTC works. Recording a transfer still uses a small NEAR network fee.

I can't change the fee or the split. Only the JustHoot DAO can, through the launchpad, by an on-chain vote, up to 5%.

Separately, the Rhea pool takes its own 1% on each swap. Rhea keeps 20% of that, and the rest is earned by the pool position the token contract owns. In fee batches, that part goes mostly to JustHoot. See How FLTC works.

Fee split Of the 0.1% fee, 33% is burned, 33% goes to holders, and 34% goes to the creator. The launch transaction sets this as 3,300, 3,300, and 3,400 out of 10,000.

Burned: total supply goes down a little with each trade.

Holders: Since 8 October 2026, the holders' share is held in the token contract as wNEAR and paid out by JustHoot in batches. The old holders account was retired that day and stays empty. The retired account was holders.fltc-af549c.launchpad.justhoot.near.

Creator: ruderice9599.near

Small volume means small numbers. This is not a yield promise. Live burned amount and the fees waiting in the contract.

Where supply sits On 5 October 2026, about 97.56% of supply was in the Rhea FLTC/wNEAR pool, and about 2.44% (about 24.4 million FLTC) was in the creator wallet ruderice9599.near. The pool liquidity is held by the token contract, not by the creator.

These shares can move. Check the current split on NearBlocks.

Who can upgrade Only the JustHoot DAO, justhoot.sputnik-dao.near, by an on-chain proposal. The creator does not hold a private upgrade key.

JustHoot, on 5 October 2026: pool liquidity is described as locked permanently, and an upgrade is the remaining way those rules could change. The contract source is not public yet. JustHoot says it will be opened after a third-party audit.

Total supply The live total is on the fee page, read from the contract when you open it.

On 1 October 2026 the contract reported 999,999,360.45 FLTC. Raw value: 999999360453109813465322708 with 18 decimals. Supply falls when the fee burns tokens.

How to be careful

Risk notice

Fletcher is a community token. It has no promised value and could lose all of its value. Nothing on this site is financial advice. Only use money you can afford to lose.

Verify the contract

Fake tokens often copy a name and logo. The only contract this project refers to is fltc-af549c.launchpad.justhoot.near. If the address differs, it is not Fletcher. Paste an address to check it.

Beware impersonators

Anyone can copy a name, a logo, or a profile picture. Use links from this site, and check that any account you follow matches the one listed under Community.

No DMs, no requests for funds

The creator will never message you first, never ask you to send funds, and never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, or wallet access. Anyone who does is not the creator.

Take your time

There is no deadline and no reason to rush. Be wary of anyone who creates urgency, guarantees returns, or says an opportunity will disappear.
