About me
Who made Fletcher (FLTC), what I hold, and what I plan to do, plus the log of changes to this site.
About the creator
Hi, I'm John Fletcher. I made Fletcher (FLTC) to learn about blockchains in the open and help others do the same.
How I handle my own tokens
If you are going to trust a small project, you should know what the person behind it holds and what they plan to do. So here it is, plainly.
| What I hold | My wallet is ruderice9599.near. On 8 October 2026 it held about 24.4 million FLTC, about 2.44% of supply. The rest sits almost entirely in the Rhea pool.
This can change. Check the wallet on NearBlocks. |

| Selling | I don't plan to ever sell my FLTC. I made this to learn in the open, not to cash out. |
| Buying | I might buy a little more in the future, but not a large amount. I don't want to hold a big share of a community token. |
| My fee share | 34% of the 0.1% fee comes to my wallet. Since 9 October it arrives in batches, as wNEAR. I plan to use it to improve the project. With small trading volume, it is a small amount.
The same wallet holds my launch tokens, so its balance is not a fee total. The launch transaction shows the 3,400 out of 10,000 share. |
These are my plans, said honestly. They are not a contract or a promise about price. If anything changes, I will say so here and in the updates log first.
Site updates log
Changes to this site, newest first, so nothing changes quietly. Dated changes to FLTC itself are on What changed.
11 October 2026
Added How FLTC works: the contract and who can change what, both fees step by step, where every FLTC sits, how to check it yourself, the risks, and the questions I'm still working on. It also covers the code updates of 8 and 9 October, which changed how the holders' share is paid. Updated the older pages to match: the fee may apply to wallet-to-wallet sends (being confirmed), the old holders account is retired, and only the JustHoot DAO can change the fee or split.
9 October 2026
Added a "What isn't confirmed yet" box near the top. Added a section on how I handle my own tokens: I don't plan to sell, I might buy a little more, and my fee share goes back into the project. Linked the sources behind the facts, including the launch transaction on NearBlocks. Added a privacy page that explains the visit note. Named my wallet in my X bio so the two can be checked against each other. Changed the disclaimer to say "learning and community".
