How the FLTC fee is split
A trade of Fletcher (FLTC) on Rhea carries a 0.1% fee. Sending FLTC from one wallet to another is free of that fee. Of the fee, 33% is burned, 33% goes to holder rewards, and 34% goes to the creator.
This is a case study of one small community token on NEAR. It shows where to read the rule on the chain. It does not show a price, and it is not a promise of yield.
The fee
When someone trades FLTC in the Rhea FLTC/wNEAR pool, 0.1% of that trade is a fee. A wallet-to-wallet transfer is free of this fee. Recording the transfer still uses the network's own small NEAR fee, which is separate. The 0.1% fee was set at launch, on 30 September 2026, through justhoot.fun. The token's contract is:
fltc-af549c.
The three shares
The launch transaction divides the fee into three shares. Written out of 10,000, they are 3,300, 3,300, and 3,400. Those numbers add up to 10,000.
33% is burned. Those units leave the total supply. They are not sent to a person.
33% goes to holder rewards. That share is sent to the holder pool:
holders.fltc-af549c.
34% goes to the creator. That share is sent to ruderice9599.near.
Check it on NearBlocks
The split is in the launch transaction. It was signed by ruderice9599.near and sent to launchpad.justhoot.near. The method name is launch_meme. The transaction id is:

On the launch transaction, look for the three shares: 3,300 burned, 3,300 to holders, and 3,400 to the token owner. The token owner in that record is the creator account above.
What "burned" means
Burned is the drop in total supply since block 217,928,100, a couple of minutes after the token was created. At that block the supply was one billion FLTC, short by a dust amount that was never minted.
The fee page reads today's supply from the contract and shows the drop. NearBlocks lists the same total supply. This page does not freeze a number and call it current. Supply keeps falling, a little, when a Rhea trade burns tokens.
What the holder pool is
The holder pool balance is whatever is sitting in holders.fltc-af549c.launchpad.justhoot.near at the moment you look. It is not a forecast. If holders claim from the pool, that balance falls. The burned total does not fall with it.
What the creator wallet is not
The creator's share of the fee goes to ruderice9599.near. That same wallet also holds tokens from the launch. Its balance is the wallet's holdings, not a running total of fees, so it is not shown here as one.
What this does not mean
Small trading means a small fee. The split applies to trades on Rhea. A wallet-to-wallet send is free of it. It is not interest, and it is not a reason to buy. FLTC can go to zero. This is not financial advice.
The live numbers are on the fee page.
