Privacy and the visit note

This site has no sign-up, no ads, and no cookies. To see which pages help people learn, it keeps a small visit note. This page explains exactly what that note holds, so nothing about it is a surprise.

What the visit note records

A small script on each page (watch.js) sends short notes back to this same site, at /_v. A note can include:

What it never records

What stays on your own device

Your browser keeps two small things that never leave it on their own:

Where the notes go and how long they stay

Notes are stored in Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine, in my own Cloudflare account. Like any website, Cloudflare sees your internet address while it delivers the page, but the visit note does not save it.

Cloudflare keeps Analytics Engine data for three months, and then it is gone. (Cloudflare's note on retention.)

Only I, John Fletcher, look at them, and only as totals, such as how many people finished the safety film. They are never sold or shared.

Cloudflare page-speed measurement

Cloudflare Web Analytics is switched on for this site. Cloudflare adds its own small script (beacon.min.js) to each page as it is delivered. Cloudflare says it collects page-load timing to show how fast the site is, and that it does not track individual people across websites. (Cloudflare's description.)

Outside services

The fee page reads the live supply and holder-pool balance straight from the public NEAR network at rpc.mainnet.near.org. Your browser makes that request, so that service sees it like any other web request. Links to NearBlocks, GeckoTerminal, DEX Screener, justhoot.fun, and X open those sites, and their own privacy rules apply there.

Questions

If you have a question about this page, or would like to ask about the notes, reach out on X at @FletcherNEAR. I will never ask you for funds, a seed phrase, or wallet access.

FLTC is a community token. It has no promised returns, and this is not financial advice. Do your own research.

A visit note records the page, the site that linked you here, your country, device type and language, which sections came on screen, how far a film played, and how long the page was visible. It does not record your name, email, internet address, or anything you paste.
